About the project

Re-imagining the lean-back TV experience for the World’s largest telecommunications provider. 

Verizon, is North Americas largest telco’s at the beginning of 2020 they served 200m customers across their mobile and home network and associated products and services. 

In January 2018 we began working with the Fios product team to overhaul their existing TV proposition. The in-market product had been left relatively untouched for more than 10 years and was in need of modernisation both in terms of physical hardware and user experience.

Before the proliferation of food delivery services, Dominos stood alone as the market leader in home food delivery.

As a result Dominos was undergoing a massive digital transformation and the future roadmap looked more like a tech giant than a pizza company. The 'Anyware' platform was expanding, offering novel ways of ordering pizza - via text, emoji, and even a ‘zero click’ option. With new platforms and technologies always on the horizon, options for how users engage were endless.

Bringing DOM to life

Brand personality and expression

DOM had to be playful and expressive to be aligned with the core brand principles. We created a gesture and expression library that we could use at different stages of the experience to help construct and personalise the narrative.

A platform for content creators

The Aperture 

The aperture gave us an opportunity to promote creativity and showcase up and coming illustrators, animators and content creators. Contributors could upload their creations via the Domino’s social channels and if chosen it would be incoporated into the tracker experience.
